1 Mold Everything is difficult at the beginning. First, before implementing the process, you must draw accurate drawings or create samples, and then make molds based on the drawings and samples.


2 Wax configuration: Heat the molding wax to the required temperature, then inject the wax into the insulation device, let it stand to remove the water and impurities inside, then add new wax until the volume meets our mold requirements, and then inject the wax into the previous mold. In the mold, the condensation is taken out and trimmed to see if it meets the standards. If it does not meet the standards, it will be treated as waste and the wax molding step will be repeated.


3. Shell making: Pass the qualified wax model through the transition layer slurry, dry it, seal it, dry it again, and dewax it.


4. Casting: Roast the front shell, cast it into two parts: solid solution and buckle cover. After completion, it is cooled and shelled, then hoisted, cut and returned to the furnace, and then subjected to spectral analysis.


5. Cleaning and renovating. After the steel material is soaked in hydrofluoric acid, sand blasting, core removal, shot blasting and other steps, a secondary inspection is performed. If any waste is found, the casting step is repeated.
